• Fourth designer in the founding design team. 
• I spearheaded the design process from the ground up, translating ideas into tangible design concepts and eventually into a fully functional product. 
• Established and maintained robust design systems for the original product. These systems ensured consistency in the user experience across different features and iterations, facilitating seamless user interactions. 
• I extended these systems to accommodate white-labeling requirements for clients, allowing for customization while preserving the core design principles. 
• As the company pivoted towards custom funds from warehouse funds, I led the design efforts to accommodate these changes seamlessly. This involved revisiting existing design elements, incorporating new features, and aligning the product roadmap with the evolving business strategy. 
• I led regular design reviews, solicited stakeholder feedback, and iterated on designs based on data-driven insights.
• I created white-labeled branding guidelines for a massive client deal and worked with multiple teams to align design and product with marketing.

• Designed web-based and mobile-based responsive app for financial wellness for Meta employees, scalable to thousands of users, and included wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, heavily backed up by qualitative and quantitative data.
• Re-branded the app, growing user engagement by 50%.
• Worked on Content Management System [CMS] for maintaining new articles/audio/video content on the app.
• Led the Web App [responsive for iPad and mobile browser] for the financial wellness app for Meta employees, as an individual contributor.

• Created intuitive digital products and services to retain customers for life.
• Pitched innovative ideas for the US's biggest insurance company ( targeting 5X revenue and 29,000 customer acquisitions in the next 6 years) using design thinking, that included understanding users' pain points, creating journey maps, wireframes, interactive designs and prototypes.
• Helped lead the entire UX process with multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers for the client.

• Led redesign of JioMoney App's troubleshooting system, which facilitated its 30+ Million users to solve issues (reducing call center tickets by 78%).
• Improved end-user experiences of Jio's app with 100+ Million users, which hiked Play Store ratings from 3.1 to 4.0 out of 5, in collaboration with the product management team and engineers.
• Delivered 10+ design-centric innovation ideas for Jio's app like a hyper-local grocery app, eCommerce, auction platform, etc with 300+ Million users
• Delivered innovative payment platform for B2C and B2B Customer and Merchant e-commerce app, estimating revenue of $3.03 Billion.

UI/UX Designer, Engineering

• Design conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture, interaction specifications, prototypes, and final UI to increase user engagements for the marketing website of a global enterprise app - VWO with 6000+ customers (B2B SaaS product, Conversion Rate Optimization platform $20M+ annual recurring revenue), that increased new sign-ups by 37%.
• Worked with product managers and content strategists to design Visual Website Optimizer (vwo.com) enterprise app's dashboard.
• Rebranded the VWO website thereby increasing traffic.
• Designed A/B Testing & CRO platform dashboards with data visualization.
