Learnings
Insights
• Paven 3.0 user base has grown 24% more from from the first version.
• 50% of Deloitte’s coaching sessions are booked from Paven.
• Meta is saving a huge cost for Deloitte’s financial coaching, as users are more knowledgable and prepared.
Challenge
• As the product was mobile first, it is challenging to scale the content for cross platforms like web and iPad. We designed all illustrations for Mobile, and scaling for web is work in progress.
• Content heavy app is increasing the load time. As the CMS could only handle PNGs for illustrations, we are working towards a faster option to replace them with SVGs, to lower the page load time.
• Our next challenge is to Integrate real bank accounts to help users plan their future with Paven, one place for all. Which will come with gaining trust from the Meta employees.
